Brumbaugh & Quandahl, P.C., LLO Unprofessional, dishonest,no communtication, no straight answers, acted like it's top secret to give out the balance on your account, Susan in collections very rude... would not turn over call to supervisor, mgr. or anyone who is in charge of her. Omaha Nebraska
Consumer's Original Complaint :
I have a bill with Capital one that this business is handling. I have been paying when I can and how much I can. Apparently that wasnt enough so they garnished my checking account. I called this morning and talked to a susan who I guess handles my account.( 2-7-05 ). All I wanted to know was the balance I have left to pay cause I recieve no bills or anything to know what my balance is, and she needed alot of information( personal) Just to get me my balance.
She was really rude about it and I also got snippy. She finally gave me my balance and it didnt seem right to me so I wanted her to tell me if she got the payments that I have sent. So I told her the dates and I wanted her to tell me the amount and she absolutly would not do that...she was not going to play a guessing game with me.
I also wanted to know the interest and other fees just so I know and can keep track and not to be late with my payments...which I have no idea when they are do so I can make it before its late. I wanted to talk to someone else and she said that there was no one else to talk to about this. All I called for was just to know my balance it really cant be that hard to find out.
Consumer's Desired Resolution:
I just want to know what I owe and when I owe ...the fees and the interest. I do owe for this bill, but it would be appropriate if I knew how much my bill is at least..with out attitude if I dont want to give up my information.
