Lynn C. Burley of Burley Properties in Melbourne Beach Florida is a thief and a liar. She has very deceptive practices.
I recently found out that several years ago when she was acting as my agent and renting out a property I owned, she was funneling the rent money into her own business accounts and then paying me a lesser amount after the fact.
At the time she was working for a company that I considered reputable. She was let go a long time ago and apparently bounced around from company to company until she opened her own brokerage. Unfortunately for me, it is way too late to get any legal satisfaction. Don't use her she is despicable.

I would like to rebute this claim as I have Never stolen money Period. I did have an ex- Broker accuse me of this act and it went to an ethics case and I was found not guilty. I left that office because of practices that I did not approve of before the ethics case. I have Never been fired from a Real Estate Office and actually only worked for 3 offices before opening my own Office and we are doing very well. I am known for being honest, loyal and very protective of my clients and have numerous clients who have even sent me testimonials. I would like this person to present their "case" to me directly. I will resolve this slander on here or in court. I find this a very cowards way out as I am extremely approachable and known for doing the right thing.
