Burnham Boilet Insousboiler.net Cracked burnham boiler PV8 series, Company does not want to take responsibility or replace my boiler Lancaster Pennsylvania
I am writing in regards to my Burnham boiler PV 8 series i purchased a new boiler 14 years ago I've had problems with the boiler the past five years I have had to add water several times a day to the low-water cut off I had mentioned it to different technicians along the way as one had said maybe the water is leaking thru the radiators another year the next technician stated the company should had offered me an automatic feed and then today when I had my boiler serviced the gentleman took the Cover off the boiler and he showed me it has a large crack in it I did call Burnham boiler and she told me that my warranty has expired I did explain to her that I've been having the problem with having to add water for the past five years. She didn't care. I turned to the Internet and that I had read many reviews regarding the PV7 and PV 8 Burnham boiler issues plus the technician told me they had to replace a lot of them over the past few years for other companies that he worked for because there was a problem and I feel that Burnham should be responsible for my cracked boiler.
