Not providing the service as advertised and not providing a refund for none service.
The company failed to provide a service of the do it for you corporate credit build. Once I became a member and was charged $697.00 I was told and quote by a corporate credit coach "Mrxxxxxxxxx,
A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #514118 with the following response:
Hello Mrxxxxx,
Thank you for speaking with me earlier. Based on the company, you provided to us, xxxxxxxx, INC., it is considered a Reinstated company of which you are not the original owner.
We do not work with this structure of business. As I stated on the call, DNB will ONLY recognize this company as a new startup due to it changing of hands. Also, with this being a company that was previously owned by someone other than yourself, it is placing you with a high chance of DNB rating it as Severe Risk status. With that said, we can not accept this as being the business you need to move forward with.
As discussed on the call, there is another option to get you UP TO $30,000 in credit and that is to start your own company. With it being a new company, you will need to personally guarantee it. In order for us to help and provide you with the correct guidance, please complete these tasks below including starting a corporation."
So based on this statement they lied in there advertisements and video webinars. Do not ever use this company.
They are so unorganized, the reps each tell you something totally different and one hand does not know what the other hand is doing.
