Dear Manchester,
Since you are not brave enough to identify yourself, I have elected to address you as "Manchester." Manchester, in your rebuttal response, you suggest that, if you were in my shoes (If the news did an uncomplimentary story about my company, and my company did absolutely nothing wrong), then your course of action would be, and I quote: I'd be knocking on their door to do an interview to repair my reputation.
Its blatantly obvious that you chose not to read the E-mails provided by Business Recovery Services in their chronological sequence in order to determine exactly why ABC15 TV wanted to perform a story about Business Recovery Services. The E-mails clearly indicate that ABC15 TV was not interested in airing an objective, unbiased story about Business Recovery Services. If ABC15 TV were interested in airing an objective, unbiased story, then ABC15 TVs employees would not have gone through these lengths to lie, cheat, and deceive in order to attempt to convince me to do an on-camera interview.
So, based on this information, do you honestly believe that this very same television station would be interested in providing Business Recovery Services with an opportunity to repair its reputation? If you do believe that ABC15 TV was interested in airing an objective, unbiased story about Business Recovery Services, then I have some swampland in Florida that I would like to sell to you.
For the record, if ABC15 TVs actions indicated that they were interested in airing an objective, unbiased story about Business Recovery Services, then I would have granted the interview. Unfortunately, ABC15 TVs motives were not fair and honorable. Based on this information, I elected not to grant the interview. So, ABC15 TVs response was to trespass onto private property, as if they own the whole State of Arizona, and attempt Pearl Harbor tactics in order to make a story out of nothing. And, these are the people you support??????
Now, lets say, for arguments sake, that I had tried your course of action, which was, and I quote: I'd be knocking on their door to do an interview to repair my reputation. OK, the first thing I would have to do is show up at their office. This is simple enough, as ABC15 TV is located at 515 North 44th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85032. Certainly, I could put this address into Mapquest and successfully arrive at ABC15 TVs front door.
This is where all the easy steps end. First, I would have to walk into their office and talk to the receptionist. Of course, this receptionist is only the first gatekeeper of many that I would have to pass. Second, once I disclose my intentions and specifically why I am standing in their front office, then ABC15 TV believes that their story has been successful! If you took the time to read the responses from their story, you will see that over 80% of the public did not believe

If the news did an uncomplimentary story about my company, and my company did absolutely nothing wrong, I'd be knocking on their door to do an interview to repair my reputation. Instead, in your emails it looks like you just gave them the run-around to try and discredit their story. It doesn't look like you ever intended to do an interview, instead you just changed your company name to Home-Based Business Consulting Services, LLC like so many offices like yours do when they get too many complaints.

IN THIS SECTION, YOU WILL SEE EXACTLY WHAT LENGTHS A TELEVISION STATION WILL GO TO IN ORDER TO TRY TO GET RATINGS AND MAKE A STORY OUT OF NOTHING, AND WITH ABSOLUTELY NO FACTS TO BACK IT UP. BASED ON THE TELEVISION STORY ABOUT BUSINESS RECOVERY SERVICES, WE MUST CONCLUDE THAT ABC15 MUST BE PRETTY DESPERATE FOR RATINGS TO STOOP TO THESE LOW LEVELS. MORE IMPORTANTLY, YOU WILL SEE TO WHAT LEVEL THE PRODUCER WAS WILLING TO ATTEMPT TO DECEIVE BUSINESS RECOVERY SERVICES IN ORDER TO TRY TO WEASEL AN INTERVIEW OUT OF BUSINESS RECOVERY SERVICES. Ms. Heisner's tactics further justify my position. Brian Hessler Second Letter It's very hard for me to believe that you would not be concerned about the deceitful and deceptive information-gathering processes used by Ms. Josie Heisner. It would seem that any reputable television station who actually reports in an objective manner would not encourgaes these practices, as highlighted in the E-mail that I sent to you on Monday, August 18, 2008. At this point, it appears to me that you really don't care about objective news reporting. perhaps I am wrong. However, I judge this by the actions that you take when a situation is brought to your attention. To date, I have seen absolutely no action! Perhaps you encourage this type of deceitful and deceptive behavior at KNXV-ABC15. From your lack of action to even address the issue, I am starting to believe that you encourgae this behavior. I guess I'll have to report it to the proper Federal and industry agencies to obtain resolution. What happened to you???? So, please E-mail me in regards to the Heisner situation and your proposal for a solution. Brian Hessler Why the E-mails??? Thursday, August 28, 2008 4:28 PM From: "Brian Hessler" <[email protected]> Add sender to Contacts To: [email protected] Joe, Just so you understand, there is a reason why I will only communicate with you through E-mail. After my experience with Ms. Heisner, it has become apparent to me that KNXV-TV ABC-15 has proven that its very deceitful and deceptive. After your lack of response the week of August 18, 2008, I am concerned that you actually condone Ms. Heisner's behavior. As such, I don't trust you anymore than I trust Ms. Heisner. So, it's E-mail or nothing! But, everything will be documented. Brian Hessler Nice Try! Pearl harbor Tactics don't work with me. Tuesday, September 23, 2008 11:27 PM From: "Brian Hessler" <[email protected]> Add sender to Contacts To: [email protected] Joe, All you have done is confirmed once again that KNXV -TV ABC-15 uses dishonest, deceitful and deceptive practices to attempt to get the story. The "Pearl Harbor" approach that your reporter and cameraman attempted to use today is not the best way to get an interview. So, I guess the real question is "Are you trying to get the real, unbiased story"? Or, "Are you just trying to air some sensationalized piece of garbage?" Joe, what you fail to understand is that I would grant your television station an interview if I had any reason to believe that you would air a factual, unbiased story. From all the actions I have observed from your reporters to date, I have a better chance of getting hit by a bus today than for ABC-15 to provide a true story. This "Pearl Harbor" attempt to get an interview is just another piece of evidence that suggests that you are not interested in the true, unbiased story. So, if you were me, would you provide an interview to ABC-15? I know you guys are a little sore because I filed a complaint against you with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This behavior further solidifies in my mind why I filed those complaints against your television station in the first place. Because of this course of action, you can look forward to more complaints with both the FCC and the BBB for your dishonest, deceitful, and deceptive reporting practices. Hell, I had to call the police to get rid of your reporter and cameraman! So, when KNXV-TV ABC-15 decides to attempt to provide an unbiased story about Business Recovery Services, then, and only then will I even consider granting an interview. Please consider this your only warning to NOT attempt to contact me. In addition, you DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION to use my name, my workers' names my tradename, any image or likeness on your television station, or use the image or likeness of my place of business. Under these current conditions, and until you receive further notice, you are NOT PERMITTED and you DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION to use any name, image or likeness of either Brian Hessler, the tradename "Business Recovery Services", any image inside or outside of the office of Business Recovery Services, or the people who work at Business Recovery Services, period! It's obvious that you are not concerned about the dishonest, deceitful, and deceptive information-gathering processes used by any of your reporters, much less Ms. Jodie Heisner. It would seem that any reputable television station who actually reports in an objective manner would not encourages these practices, as highlighted in the E-mail that I sent to you on Monday, August 18, 2008. However, in your case, I seem to be wrong. At this point, it appears to me that you really don't care about objective news reporting. After all, "actions speak louder than words." To date, I have seen absolutely no action that actually indicates that you are interested in fair reporting! Evidently, you encourage this type of dishonest, deceitful and deceptive behavior at KNXV-TV ABC15. As a matter of fact, you seem to thrive on these behaviors. Perhaps your reporters should consider a reporting career with The National Enquirer. In addition, you need to address several issues regarding inappropriate behavior from Ms. Heisner before we can talk about an interview. These issues have been addressed in previous letters, and include the following: 1) "Blocked" telephone calls 2) Called "several" times 3) Not providing contact names and telephone numbers, as agreed 4) Not disclosing that The Better Business Bureau of Arizona was your contact. By the way, The Better Business Bureau of Arizona is not permitted to endorse, approve, or otherwise recommend any business, product, or service. So, why would they contact you? When it boils right down to it, "How can I possibly perform an interview when I cannot count on you to be straightforward and honest with me?" If you want to schedule an interview, then please meet and satisfy ALL of the aforementioned criteria. Otherwise, don't come by my place of business again. Brian Hessler

If you are actually interested in the truth, and if you would like to have an opportunity to attempt to recover your hard-earned money from an ill-fated home-based business, then please check out either www.businessrecoveryservices.net or www.bizopcops.com. There are over 70 people who have recovered their money by either (1) sending in the "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kit's contents or (2) permitting Home-Based Business Consulting Services to recover money on the clients' behalf. To date, Business Recovery Services has assisted people in recovering just under $500,000 from these ill-fated home-based businesses.
As for the ABC15 story that Manchester, Ohio refers to, please visit either of our websites, http://www.businessrecoveryservices.net/ or http://www.bizopcops.com/. Once you arrive at the home page, please scroll down the page until you find the tab entitled ABC15 Deception on the left hand side of the page. Click on this tab, and you can see how the whole story with ABC15 developed from its conception until the story was aired. Once you read all of the facts involved with this case, then you tell me if you would have agreed to an interview with these vultures. Its amazing what a desperate television news station will do for ratings!

This is a second response to this individual's ripoffreport.com complaint. As this individual has not divulged his/her name, it is again difficult to respond to the complaint because there is no real information in hand.
Obviously, there is a reason why this individual wishes to remain in the dark. The type of people who stay in the dark are those who cannot come into the light and be exposed. People who stay in the dark tend to be liars, cheats, etc. I would assert that this individual is a liar and a cheat because he/she has grossly misrepresented the accomplishments of Business Recovery Services (BRS).
BRs' accomplishments speak for themselves. For a record of successful recoveries initiated by BRS, go to www.businessrecoveryservices.net, and go to the "Testimonials" and "Recoveries by Company" sections. You will see that BRS has initiated many successful recoveries from ill-fated home-based businesses. If this individual would attempt to recover his/her money as opposed to staying in the dark and taking "pot-shots" at BRS, then maybe he/she would actually recover his/her money.
If you want to actually attempt to recover your hard-earned money from an ill-fated home-based business (as opposed to simply whine like this individual), then please call BRS at (480) 649-4251.

This is a difficult complaint to answer because Business Recovery Services (BRS) is not sure who filed this complaint in the first place. BRS does know that many companies who offer home-based businesses are not happy with BRS, and this complaint could possibly be posted by one of those companies.
BRS has been successful in assisting many people recover their hard-earned money from a wide variety of ill-fated home-based businesses, including, but not limited to, Horizon Technologies, Specialty Merchandise Corporation (SMC), E-Merchant Club, Jeff Paul's "Shortcuts to Internet Millions", John Beck's "Free and Clear Real Estate System", John Alexander's "Real Estate Riches in 14 Days", Russ Dalbey's "Winning in the Cash Flkow Business", Bankcard Empire, and this is just to name a few.
If you are actually interested in the truth, and if you would like to have an opportunity to attempt to recover your hard-earned money from an ill-fated home-based business, then please check out www.businessrecoveryservices.net. There are over 70 people who have recovered thier money by either (1) sending in the "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kit's contents or (2) permitting Home-Based Business Consulting Services to recover money on the clients' behalf.
