Business Recovery Services scammed me, for $1500.00.  I had this huge debt from various online business and services that I had signed up with.  I have not made a dime on any of these services like 3xP Web Solutions. I recently cancelled my service with them and awaiting a refund.  It was easy for Business Recovery Services to convince me to give my money to them because I was desperate to get rid of this debt and they reassured me they could help.

These people had a professional website that gained my trust plus hearing a live testimonial over a 3 way phone call was another tactic that this company used to lure me to give them money. At the time the call seemed real but now I think it was just another member of their team that disguised their voice. David Rodrigues was the man I talked to on the phone and he kept referring to his boss Brain Hessler.

I was told since I had 6 companies that I wanted my money back from I had to pay $1500.00.  I was told I get these kits called Do it Yourself kits.  Once you get your kit your supposed to fill out the paper work and send it out to places like the IRS, Better Business Bureau, United States Postal Inspection and the Attorney Generals Office of that state where your company is located. I received theses kits and they looked really unprofessional like they were copied on a copier.

The day I received the package I called and called Business Recovery Services and did not hear from them. I went on the Internet to look them up and I saw all these account of people that where scammed by this company and the name Brain Hessler came up over and over.  There were stories that were just like mine people receiving these kits that are worthless. I called all my credit cards and said I just been scammed. I had to call all 4 of my credit cards because they had all my information. Can you help me get this money back?

Ms. Schroeder Quit Before She Got Started

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, October 19, 2011

Business Recovery Services (BRS) has received this Ripoff Report filed by Amber Schroeder of 98 Glen Dee Road, Unit 15, Aspen, Colorado 81611.  Ms. Schroeders telephone numbers are (970) 946-4154 and (970) 925-7156.

Ms. Schroeder alleges that the "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kits she received are a scam and are of poor quality. Of course, this is utter nonsense. Many business owners who have purchased the "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kits from BRS in the past have realized full refunds just by sending in the kit's contents. Furthermore, even more business owners have realized full refunds by using the services of Home-Based Business Consulting Services (HBBCS).  Of course, there are no guarantees.  However, BRS and HBBCS have assisted its clients in recovering well over $2,300,000 from ill-fated business opportunities to date.

On October 4, 2011, Ms. Schroeder purchased six (6) "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kits from BRS for a total of $1,566.00 for companies called 3XP Web Solutions (3XP), Doba, Precision Corporate Services (PCS), Power Seller College (PSC), and two (2) Generic Kits, one for a Florida company and one for a Utah company.  BRS has assisted its clients in recovering over $150,000 from 3XP alone to date.  Obviously, the name "Do-It-Yourself" clearly indicates that Ms. Schroeder needs to do the actual work herself.  In addition, Ms. Schroeder signed off that she realized that more effort could be required on her part. The "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kits were sent to Ms. Schroeder as promised. Ms. Schroeder never called BRS for any follow-up assistance, which BRS provides free-of-charge.

If Ms. Schroeder wishes to quit before she gets started, then that's Ms. Schroeder's prerogative.  However, to blame BRS because she quit before she got started is fundamentally unjust, and Ms. Schroeder should be ashamed of herself.
