Today when I checked my bank account online, I discovered two pending ATM credit card transactions that I did not authorize: one to Businessmax and one to Vistaprint, each for $14.95 for a total of $29.90. Last month I purchased business cards through vistaprint.com, but have not ordered any more. I called my bank and had the pending charges removed. Next I will contact vistaprint and businessmax online or on the telephone. In any case, I may never do business with vistaprint.com again! And if necessary, I will file a report with the BBB, since other reports have indicated that vistaprint is a member of the BBB.

VistaPrint believes that the vast majority of our customers who sign up for the program really enjoy the benefits, but if you are not happy, please call 866.870.4124 and we'd be happy to process a refund. We're open from Mon Fri 8 am midnight EST.
