He had a problem with carbons WATCH him he will switch papers on you--before you know it--you are LOCKED with his company for a YEAR and they WILL put a lien on your house! DO NOT TRUST THIS so called realtor--he is a shark!!

I have been a realtor for 9 years and recieved nothing but praise from all my clients. I pride myself on being an  extremely ethical a moral person. It is very concerning to me that someone like Laurie & Stern can be allowed to slander my name on the internet with absolutly NO MERIT.

When I worked for Buy Owner & Mls Realty we were given the name and address of clients that had already been qualified and  expressed their interest in signing up with the company. They had been briefed on how the company packages worked and they made the decision on thier free will to sign up. There were no surprises or shuffling of any papers involved as they stated. My only duty was to go to the house of a client that has already made their decision to get thier signed paperwork. Even though the client already knew what they were getting they were still explained line per line the packages again before their signature. They were also encouraged to read all the documentation. They also received a copy of every form and had access to speak to someone at the office everyday.

Laurie & Stern new very well what they signed there were zero surprises.

IT IS VERY UNFAIR TO TRY TO SLANDER MY NAME PERSONALLY AND TRY TO AFFECT MY LIVELYHOOD FOR A DECISION YOU CHOSE TO MAKE WILLINGLY!!

How would you feel if you were being personally attacked and your livelyhood was threatened by a decision that your client made willingly. A client that is not even yours but the companies you work for. Everything you stood for was being challenged because at a later date your client decided that the decision they made was not the correct one for them.

I had zero ability to control any changes that you wanted to make in your package at a later date. This was strictly handled by MLS Realty and Buy Owner and was an agreement that you signed with them.

I am actually shocked that Ripoff Report would post comments of anybody off the internet with zero investigation or research on thier part. They just allow anybody to blatantly post lies with no recorse but a rebuttal.

This is the truth--and 5 years isn't very long--soon enough people will know the truth! MLS does NOT work with you and if you want out of your "contract" for ANY reason NOOO you are locked with them for ONE YEAR --I want peeple to KNOW that!! NO OTHER realtor or company will put a lien on your house--to make sure you sell with MLS -- that is just plain WRONG! As for the employees IF they can go home at night thinking this is OK (bait, switch,steal and lie) well then they belong w/ MLS! BUYERS & SELLERS do not use MLS or Buy Owner unless you are ready to turn your house over to them for ONE YEAR!

It is regretful that you have not had a good experience with your agent, and MLS Realty. However, it is unfair that you are saying such nasty remarks. MLS Realty has been in business for over five years. Doesn't that tell you something? Sure it does--they wouldn't have lasted that long in the marketplace if they didn't provide good and valuable services to their customers! We have many letters from very satisfied customers who have praised us for the services we provide. MLS Realty has a policy to instruct its agents to ALWAYS leave a copy of the contract with the customer. If you did not receive or misplaced your copy, all you needed to do was to make a phone call to the company, and we would have sent you another copy. It is simply unfair to try to damage the reputation of Buy Owner, and MLS Realty on the internet, when there are more appropriate ways to take care of a problem you had with the company. Not only is this unfair to the companybut also the many employees who work there!
