I have read your complaint with great interest, as we are dedicated to working with the consumer to help them sell and rent their timeshares. Our company does not conduct a bait and switch sales technique. The upfront fee necessary to advertise your property and does not mean the salesperson or BuyATimeshare.com lied to you.
Ms. Burns gave you an accurate market analysis, a quote of what your property is worth on the resale market compared to what other listing are asking on our website. In fact we walk all customers through our website to show them this info, it is ultimately the decision of the seller as to what to ask, and we are in no way a licensed appraiser. An advertising fee is no different from an ad being published in a newspaper, phonebook or magazine.
We cannot give you a quote when it is not for sale yethow are we to know what someone will offer in the future? Ms. Burns was responding to an inquiry you made on the BuyATimeshare.com website. As an advertising company that specializes in timeshares, I am confused how we are a scam after clearly explaining what we can do for you, what our services are, and then requiring a fee. There is no free way of selling timeshares.
The services BuyATimeshare.com provides are the most reliable on the market. The only similarity between us and other companies is the upfront fee. BuyATimeshare.com advertises more and invests more into the services we provide than anyone. Type in Buy a Timeshare on a search engine! You will see we are the number one company that comes up!
