this is a story about a birthday gift that went wrong because Buy.com misrepresented how shoddy the delivery was. i purchased a portable printer frum buy.com aka Digital Photo Club, i find out later. The printer was purchased 4/3/10 and was to be delivered in 3-4 business days. This never happened . aproximitly 10 days later i find out that because the local Post Office had moved. Nobody knew how to finish the delivery for my sons birthday gift!!!!!! I tried to resolve this problem several times with the customer service people at Buy.com aka Digital Photo Club and the U P S people who were just as uninterested in helping me get a gift delivered . Why would they care, It wasnt their gift that was lost in transit. I asked finally to have the gift returned to Buy.com aka Digital Photo Club , that took about another 8 days . Naturally I couldnt get a refund untill my "gift" was back to Buy.com aka Digital Photo Club . Finally on about the 15th day i received a PARTIAL REFUND I guess because they couldn't find the local post office in San Franscico where my son LIVES. I ended up sending him a moneygram in the end to finish off the BIRTHDAY GIFT FRUM HELL aka BUY.com aka Digital Photo Club.
