Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was leery about this service from the beginning. It seemed too good to be true. I was browsing Craigslist for available apartments in the Las Vegas area. As I click on the different listings most of the listings belonged to this site/poster. On the listing it states the amount of the property and what the requirements are for the service, and that it is a totally free service.

I decided to click on the actual site and low and behold the prices for the rentals are not visible. People are instructed to call for pricing. I am guessing for everyone the prices are different or change on a whim.

I ask a lot of questions I admit because like I said I am skeptical about the service and I am traveling from California to Nevada trusting this service will truly be the 1 Stop Shop it claims to be. The owner was curt and acted like she didn't want to be bothered. She even seems to be discouraging about moving to Vegas due to the bad economy and that the neighborhoods are run down. I understand this already I did my research, but she made it seem like it was hopeless. I guess I should thank her for at least giving her honest opinion, but working on the delivery and being diplomatic doesn't seem to be her strong
suit.

That's just the owner. Not only does the staff answer the phone unprofessionally, they don't relay messages or return phone calls. I had to call back several times to touch base about properties I was interested in. I guess me as the consumer now days I have to be the proactive one, not the business offering the service to the consumers.  This must be what happens
when you opt to use a 'free service"

The final straw for me (hard to believe I put up with all that I did already) was when they apparently attempted to send me an email and it bounced back. The own left the rudest message stating to call back with my correct email. I called back and asked if it was me who put the incorrect email onto the site or if someone in the office wrote it down wrong. The office girl of course said it was me. I had her read back what I had entered and it was correct. She then proceeded to tell me that I need to empty my email so I can accept more messages. I keep that email running all day, it is my work email and it needs to be clean.

I finally spoke up and asked why everyone in the office is so rude. Their tone of voice, their lack of follow through, the sheer lack of respect for me as a customer was astonishing.

I am glad I found out how these people behave before I handed over my information or any money to them. They did me a favor by showing their true colors. It should never be a bother to make a customer feel comfortable about using your service. The point of a "free service" is to have word of mouth bring in your clientele. I wont be recommending this service to anyone,
ever!
