This company claimed they were giving me a deal, putting a 200 doallar board and duocore processor in my pc.I ended up with a 70 dollar board and 50 dollar amd sempron processor.i had a quad core pc with the Q8200 chip and intel board. They took both the chip and the board and refused to give it to me. They claimed it was part of the deal even though i made no such deal with them. I paid 200 for the parts and labor. All they did was take my good parts to use for another then overcharged me for the new parts.

The parts they took from me was a Q8200 processor and the motherboard for it,plus the huge fan cone and heatsink. i could have paid for the stuff the gave me back with the parts i gave them alone. But they charged me another 200 on top of that, and this is for just the parts, since it only took them a hr or so to install it,and when i got my pc back i still had to install all my updates for windows. and drivers and everything.

One more thing i had Home premium of windows vista 64 bit edition, they put the old basic windows 32 bit vista back on it. so all in all i got totally ripped off by these people.I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as any other site i can find to get the word out about them. Worst thing is the guy used to be a friend of mine but no greed has taken him over.

They told me they had a quad core motherboard and cpu out of a junked computer. (around april 23rd 2010)

I typically handle my own computer repairs but I was very busy that week. They said they could swap them out. My old mb/cpu combo was worth about 175.00 (at that time) They waived the labor in favor of me surrendering my old MB/cpu combination.

I paid 90.00 for the q8200 CPU. I bought an MB elsewhere. It took them 33 mins to swap the current for new hardware.

I gave the computer to the kids for gaming. It lasted 6 days. They didn't clean the old thermal paste off the Q8200 cpu and put new on. So it over heated and damaged the chip.

These guys have no idea what they are doing and most parts they replace are out of bins of used parts they have lying around.

I should have know better but I was excited to get a good deal on a quad core cpu.

The term "Snake oil" salesman comes to mind.
