Cable box and modem, hddvrs.com, hddvrtv.com, Thornton Cable, DVR cable boxes Cable TV DVR company. I bought a DVR from them. It did not work. They refused to return phone calls or emails after purchase. Sent DVR back and did not receive a refund. Thornton Colorado
Bought a DVR from them. Before purchase Jay would respond to voice mail and call back. I made a purchase and then communication stopped. The DVR did not work to my satisfaction. I tried to return but still not communication from Jay or the support email. After purchase company did not respond. I shipped the box back and asked for a refund. I still have not heard back from them. Once they get your money they will ignore you. This is a shady business and I would warn others not to deal with them. They insist on not using credit cards because that will give the consumer the ability to contest the transacton. Jay insists on a check or COD so that there will be no ability to contest the transaction when the consumer finds out it is fraudulent.
