I recieved a Diamond Saw blade from Pro Tools Express, it looked used to me. When looking around on rip off report for the address I also noticed this same company is called Cal-Pacific Products. The complaints for that company are erily similiar to my experience with Pro-Tools Express.

Same address, similiar experience, it is the same company. I am sure they will just start up other company names once people get wise. So always search out these scammers by address or phone number etc..

I worked for Pro Tools Express in Chatsworth at that location and

we used to get mail for Cal Pacific which is in the connecting suites. While I was there everything was fine and all customers were satisfied. We were members of the Better Business Bureau and had thousands of happy customers. My father owns a mason company locally and bought several blades and was always ranting and raving about them. I highly recommend any of their products and never saw any of what was written about earlier.

If this was a real customer they would be able to provide a tracking number related to the shipment from FedEx. These claims are fabricated..We maintain a AAA rating with Better Business Bureau.

I was made aware as to who this person is making these claims. He is not a customer at all. Simply stating for the record we ship blades direct from the MK Diamond Factory so no error was made regarding used product and number 2, all our transactions are paid prior to shipment. The location mentioned is a warehouse location. No corporate affiliation with any other corporation. If this was a customer I would suggest he posts the Tracking Number for this transaction. Just in case another response comes in with the claim of being unable to find the box with the tracking number or the inability to find an invoice with the tracking number you can call the MK Diamond Factory for this information. They will be happy to help as we ship over 1 million dollars per year with them. Just wish Rip Off Report could validate claims prior to going through all this nonsense.

In Rebuttal to "Gregs" responce

Here are the links to the two different companys that Greg's responce says has a triple A rating. http://corporateaffiliations.ecnext.com/coms2/summary_445618_ITM http://www.nexport.com/company.cfm?company=1287029_PRO_TOOLS_EXPRESS_COM_TOOLS_CHATSWORTH_CA These companies are one in the same. There are multiple complaints on Cal-Pacific Products all over the web. Simply do a search of Cal-Pacific Products in google. My guess is they are changing the company's name because of all the complaints on the main company and are now running their business through Pro-Tools Express. Next year it will be something else. This is the customer and this Greg fellow called me and hung up when I told my story

A man named Greg called me from Pro Tools asking me if I filed this complaint and I told him yes I did. I repeated my experience with him and he told me it was one of his employees that was responsible for this shipping mixup. But I remembered that the person I ordered the blade from said it was just his brother and him that worked there. So his claim of an employee mistake is also false. He repeatedly asked me my last name but I didn't feel safe giving it to him. He then began to berate me and say I didn't pay my bill and hung up on me. These are the same tactics employed by the other company at this address called Cal Pacific.
