Callister & Associates Al Devault Pamela Saleres P.S. M&A LLC Matthew Q Callister Investment Fraud, Lending Fraud, Failure to Provide Services, Las Vegas Nevada
Callister & Associates rents out or subleases to Pamela Saleres and the Law Firm is a front for fraudulent lending services, which Al Devault and Pamela Saleres have no intention of delivering. They have used Multiple Front Names and Schemes to conduct their illegal operations: Idealis is what Pamela Saleres uses on her LinkedIn, and the Website is IdealisGroup.Com She and Al Devault also use: P, S, M&A, LLC and/or PS, M&A which is short for Pamela Saleres Mergers and Acquisitions.
The scam is such that they charge up front fees, and then after some period of time, they send eMails stating that they cannot find a lender or investor for the loan.
Matthew Callister allows his office at 823 LAS VEGAS BLVD. SOUTH, SUITE 330 to be used a front for the scam. DO NOT Trust these people. If you call them to see if they are a legitimate business, the Lawyer, Matthew Callister says they are legit. But when you call back after they have taken your money, he says you are harassing them.
THESE are NOT LEGIT operators. They have little or no real background in Investing or Real Estate, or in Large Projects, at some point, this Al Devault guy had a Multi Level Marketing scheme on his Twitter. The Lawyer? His picture online looks like he's on crack, or wasting away from alcoholism.
DO NOT TRUST A WORD THAT THEY SAY, THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO DEFRAUD YOU AND TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT PAY ANY UP FRONT FEES.
DO NOT PAY CALLISTER A RETAINER, HE WILL NOT REPRESENT YOU IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
DO NOT HIRE PAMELA SALERES TO FIND YOU AN INVESTOR SHE WON'T FIND AN INVESTOR.
EMPLOYERS, BEWARE OF AL DEVAULT AND PAMELA SALERES DO NOT HIRE THEM THEY WILL DEFRAUD YOUR COMPANY.
When you attempt to reconcile the issue, or get a refund, they become nasty, mean and attack you, which is their M.O. and proves they are guilty. NOBODY who is legit would attack their own client, and say that their client is harassing them. This is the way they treat people when confronted.
I KNOW that this report cannot be taken down. Unfortunately, for Callister, Saleres and Devault? They should have not reacted in a mean spirited, nasty, and almost atheist secular manner and retaliatory. Their biggest mistake? They should just refund people their money when they don't deliver, instead of attacking people who disagree with them. SINCE THEY PROVIDE NO LEGITIMATE SERVICE, OR GOODS OR NO TANGIBLE EVIDENCE OF ANY SERVICE OR GOODS THEN THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM, and I JUST WANT TO WARN ANYONE else to stay away from these evil people. I have no hopes of them EVER providing a legit service or product. That is simply too much to hope for. HOWEVER, if they refund the money? I might come back on here and follow up that they were shamed into it. I expect them to deny deny deny, and to act like it is everyone else's fault that they got caught and called out for the frauds that they are. What do you expect from crooks. My next step is to report Callister to the Nevada Bar Assoc. and Pamela Saleres and Al Devault to the Attorney General's Office.
