I very stupidly gave my card no when asked for identification, having been told that it was needed to confirm that i was the correct person for this prize holiday. it became apparent that the holiday was not free and i told the caller (angela) that I did not wish to continue so was passed to customer services whom i told that no one should deduct any money from my account, but they have taken 303.37 from account, which expressly told them not to.
This has left me in financial trouble, I have tried contacting them by phone and email but cannot get thro.
