On July 9, I brought my car into Canadiantire auto at Burlington for maintenance. I ordered a package "Seasonal Oil Change Quaker Sta" plus air filter replacement. When I got home, I found they didn't replace the air filter, and suspected that they might not do everything included in the package either.
The next day I called the manager (Steve Harris) of the shop. He simply said "bring the car here, we'll look at it and replace it if it wasn't replaced". It's like, a thief asks you for proof of the ownership of an item he stole from you. Do you agree?
