Is this a real complaint? It's been hard to follow what you're trying to say here. It sounds to be like Canon did what they could for your unusual request, wait times are normal. There's little a company can do about this.

That you're not very pleased with the number of Japanese in Brazil. I've always thought it amusing that there are so many Japanese speaking Portuguese. I think they honed in on your land because it's relatively earthquake, monsoon and tsunami free, and maybe also for the women.
