Capital Choice Consumer Credit, Inc. ripoff Miami Florida
They called me early on a Saturday morning. I'm thinking it's my own credit card company seeking payment.
I did a check by phone. Well when I saw that they debited my account for $179.00 without using the check # that I gave them I contact them. I asked what was this company & I told them to cancel any & everything with them.
They gave me a "return authorize #998-887-776" and said they would send me my money back.
Well I didn't get my money back after returning their unopened merchandise.
Then $39.00 was debited from my account the following month. I called again & asked what was this for. It was for a "calling card". I told them to cancel that also.
Well they sent me a check dated 4/4/02 for $39.00 & I took it to the bank. Well it came back 4/16/02 with a "stop payment - refer to maker".
I've tried calling them at the 1-866-416-0668 number but now I'm getting "over loaded with calls & leave a message someone will return your call" but they never returned my calls.
I am outraged! I've gotten riped off three times with them since they sent me this check & it was no good.
I'm still waiting on my $179.00. I also want my $39.00.
I hope this kind of stuff can be stoped.
