Capital City Satellite - Direct Tv Dish Dogs these people are thieves brian rashid fills his mouth on how much thousands he makes yeah because he steals from peoples bank account they did a illegal conection stealing service from the neighbors dish what kind of retailers do direct tv have installing illegally i went with direc tv a guy named chris sells direct tv offers at the coralridge ridge mall their a scam Cedar Rapids Iowa
These people are thieves Brian Rashid fills his mouth on how much thousands of dollars he makes yeah because he steals from peoples bank account they did a illegal conection stealing service from the neighbors dish what kind of retailers do direct tv have installing illegally. I went with direc tv a guy named Chris sells direct tv offers at the coralridge ridge mall first it was suppose to be installed 11-24-08.I didnt get an answer on why they did not showedthat day the next day i get a call around 3pm Chris telling me he was on his way it was 9pm and he didnt show.So the next day he calls again and apologizes but sends someone else to do the instalation.They connect everything im unable to get some channels on 1 of the receivers which he left and told us to call the next day so that was 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue with directv they say for us to call capital city satellite cause the reciever was bad so we contac Mr.Brian Rashid he says he will send someone over here comes Friday,Sat,Mon, no one shows or calls we spent 2 more hours on the phone with directv to see if they can contact him so he calls back and says he will send someone right away.Tues no answer by late afternoon we call and say if no one shows up we will cancel the service cause this was ridiculous so no one shows up we call direc tv and cancel the service directv says they will ship us boxes so we can sent the boxes to them.Then Brian Rashid calls saying again how much money he makes which that has nothing to do with the issue he says he was gonna send someone out and we told him too late we canceled so he says he wants the receivers back we told him directv tv says they will sent us boxes to send the equipment back he gets very angry uses very insulting language that he will piz on us and how many years he has been doing that job etc.. so we call direct tv and asked them if we could give him the receivers they said no unless he gave me a signed letter with all the serial numbers of the receivers and Brian send 2 employees over to get the receivers but no letter so we didnt give them any receivers like directv said Brian kept making herrasing phone calls to us.Threatning us with the cops so we called the cops and the cops said we were right because we didnt want to get scammed and later on charged for something we had returned.
after a week of so much stress this Mr,Brian Rashid who makes so much money yeah ripping people off charges our bank account 250.00 illegally without our authoization.We call directv and said he did not have a right to charge us so when we get our bank statement we have to fax it to direct tv so they can see what he did.Today he calls and tells my fiancee that he was a looser and insults him and tells him how he charged our account and got money .What kind of porfessional is that?This guy that mentioned so many times how high class he was more like scumball just showed what s scam he and the people who do his illegal conetions for him so Mr.Rashid hope you are happy see you in court because my neighbors are gonna press charges agains you.

I strongly agree. To this Idiot Brian, Yes, there is a Chris that works for you? He installed our satellite. I dont think that it WOULD have happened if he would have gotten out there instead of this other guy. He has installed multiple pieces of equipment for us, and It has always been fine. I guess He gets busy since apparentally he is the only one that knows what he is doing and isn't a complete a*s! After talking to Brian on the phone, it comes to me as no surprise to me that he said all this unprofessional, unnecessary, FILTH!! I am sorry to all that have had to put up with all this, we seemed to not have it all that bad, it still was a "unprofessional" suckish experience though. To the author: I hope you're neighbors succeed in this ridiculous case.

WOW, what a wonderful woman. Nice to see people with go to such great lengths to write slander to help their ego or something.
1st of all we Capital City Satellite were 2007-2008 "National Directv Retailer of the year" out of 7500 other retailers (nationwide). We Capital City Satellite have the lowest churn rate with Directv,and who people go with us stay with us and we never change for other providers. Who is this Chris guy never heard of any Chris working for us.
To be the Directv National Retailer of the year you have to be doing something right. To be the very best you can. 2008 we were awarded this at the Super Bowl by Joe Montana the Former MVP Quarterback of many Super Bowls. Could be the greatest ever.
But the very good, the bad, & the ugly are out there. Thank you Yesenia. Whoever you are?
