Capital Credit Alliance ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing victimized many consumers Bradford Rhode Island
CCA not only ripped me off and took advantage of my checking account by taking out funds that I did not authorize but also billed me under my married name and my maiden name. Only this weekend I opened 6 bills from Capital Credit Alliance of 99.00 each!!!!
I am a single mother of 4 and am disabled and on a very tight budget. How does a company get the right to take money from an account and not have a valid purpose of why the took it not having my permission. I have called them only to stay on the phone untill I have to hang up because my phone needed to be recharged. I have written several times only to be harrased by bills over and over.
I know owe the $129.00 they have taken $139.00 out of my account sending me rushing to the bank to put a stop to anyone taking money out of my account. They since have tried taking the $139.00 out so they now bill me for this. Now I open up 6 bills this weekend to pay. I don't know what to do or who to call. I do not need the stress nor do I deserve to be violated and harrased. What can I do? Please Hhhhhhhhhheeeeeellllllppppppp!!!!!
