Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We were contacted about a month ago from Capital First about a credit card with a limit of 2500.00. I told them several times that i did not have an account at the time but they kept calling. We finally gave in and agreed to accept there offer. The 29.95 was taken out of our account 2 times in the same day we called and told them and was told that that was not true they only showed one time but if we wanted to send them proof of this they would put the money back.

I made a copy of the statement on my online banking and was ready to send it when i checked my account the next day the money was put back for the second charge. We asked this company about all the stuff on the web about them ripping off there customers and was told it was all lies.I was told about the 99.95 and 59.95 fees but was told that they would come off the card. I asked several times about how much money would be taken out of my account and was told just the 29.95. After the packet arrived and we read it we decieded we did not want this.

We knew about this report and what they were doing so called and canceled on Aug 26th. Again checked out bank account and on Aug 30th they took out the other funds of 99.95 and 59.95 I was hot got on the computer and did a stop payment of these charges. but because they over drew my account and returned the 99.95 im not sure what is going to happen.

Im sure they will try to pull it out again and hopefully can figure out a way of keeping this from happening. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can stop these people. I live on Workers Comp and can't afford this crap.

I got ripped off from these scumbags too. I will be seeing an attorney tomorrow who specializes in consumer law. If I can pass anything along I will file another report, also, I e-mailed the REAL Master Card and filed a complaint. They told me that they are not affilliated with Capital First and asked me to send them more info, I did. They e-mailed me back and thanked me for the info and informed me their fraud department will be investigating this. PLEASE, PLEASE, EVERYONE complain to Master Card, the more people who complain to them the better! Their E-mail address is [email protected]

By submitting your experience with this rip-off company is a start by doing something. From what I understand from the editor, alot of agencies look at this site. I can guarantee you there will be other charges their affiliates will try to take out of you checking account. You need to close your account and open a new one. Let the bank know there has been fraudulent activity going on. Someone on this site said they have already taken out over $600 from their checking account. Good Luck!!!
