Capital Home Placement Center company scams people of $180 acting like they will place people into rentals S. El Monte, California
On march 2008 I was looking for a home to rent. I came across Capital Home Placement. When you call in regards to the homes, they tell you that they have exclusive lists of homes/apartments for rent and have you go I to there office. Once you pay their $180 fee, they give you a list of properties. But once you start looking around, you begin to realize that most if not all of these homes are already occupied.I even faxed in requests on homes, but got no response.When you call to ask for a refund they tell have fax a letter reqesting for your refund, but when you call back they give you the runaround then finally says the contract states there is no refund.
They still cont. posting this ads. My mother-in-law just call today(1/21/2010).
We need to have the SHUT DOWN!!!
