Capital Vacations Aka Gaurdian Marketing cheating us out of our money Treasure Island Florida
Capital Vacations, aka Gaurdian Maketing Capital called around 9:00 in the morning about a month and a half ago. Have just been awoken, I listened to the telemarketer ramble on and eventually gave in to trying the free trial and telling him my account number. I planned on promptly cancelling my account as soon as my trial package arrived so that I would never be billed.
The package, however, never arrived and $59.95 was taken from my account. Being an 18 year old student, there was only $80.00 in my account so this withdrawl caused several checks and internet transactions to bounce setting me back over $240 in overdraft fees. So far, capital vacations has cost me $300.00 and made it so that I have no money for to buy anyone anything for Christmas.
