BEWARE captain youth and family services, Suzanne Carpenter-Franck corruption, deceptive acts and practices, unethical, immoral lack of dangerous leadership. http://www.captaincares.org/ they only care about pilfering the community as they neglect the youth they are paid to serve and abuse employees who speak out. Suzanne Carpenter-Franck shelter administrator corrupt allows youth neglect, youth abuse, youth overdosing on medication, falsafies reports. Employees instructed under administration to pour water on sleeping youth, mice poop every where and numerous other dangerous things going on. Suzanne Carpenter-Franck the shelter administrator is a deceptive, manipulative compulsive liar who neglects youth and allows abuse she covers up. Dozens of workers have left, been mistreated in less than a year disgusted with this organization and its administration. BEWARE your child is at-risk in danger to be at this facility. They falsify reports to get grant and community funding. administration never works hours paid for, no show job while youth suffer. Captain youth and family service, Suzanne Carpenter-Franck falsifies paperwork to PARSONS for RESPITE youth cared for by non respite workers and funds misappropriated. This report is from numerous past employees and families that have been interviewed. STOP the funding, BOYCOTT until this administration is stopped! Many other complaints will be following. Captain youth and family services is under numerous investigations with OCFS and the Center for Justice. Contact them immediately if your child has been neglected or abused by this kind of trash and filth who use the name of youth and cause destruction in others lives.
