Let me start by saying i was dread having to write things of this nature and it is my first time but CAR CASTLE INC needs to be EXPOSED and don't be surprised when you see them on HELP ME HOWARD because people need to know about this place!

I just recently bought a car from them on 8/24/11 & i wish i did my research before i walked into what i call "the headache from h*ll".. I bought a 2003 Audi a4 and the car was clean & w.e. I test drove the car and the car sound fine to me but when your happy and anxious to get a new car you don't listen that well. Anyway, i was in a rush to get back home for a birthday party and i was car shopping all day. The sale process was quick and all i remember was him telling me that i would get a package in the mail so i figured all i needed was receipt which was what i got.

6 days after having the car it started making a knocking sound, he told me to bring it in the next morning at 10am & and i did, the salesperson did not arrive until 12:08pm! YES! I KNOW UNBELIEVABLE! I go inside after he arrives and walks insides completely ignoring me, he says to me and my mom "you still here?" ...

Make a long story short i left the car and had it picked up for me the following evening. i was told he did not ask for id, he just gave my car to my friend and did not give him a statement showing what was done to the car! the next morning after the was picked up, the car would not start! i called them and they told me they dont know what i did to the car but i have to pay for a tow truck to get it to there mechanic.

So i came to the realization after a chat with them that my car was never looked at and it was sitting on there lot for the two days they that it. the date car would not start was september 2, 2011 and today is september 23rd and i still have not received my car back and they have not called me once to give me an update on the car.  Everytime i call, he's on lunch, he's on vacation, call back in 10 or 30 minutes, he's off today, he just stepped. Everytime i was told my car would be ready in 3 days... 3 days turned into 21 DAYS WITHOUT A CAR! '

Worst part of all i was not offered a loner car, no rental, i paid 200$ insurance and i drove it for 6 days and when i mentioned that to them, the response was "well were spending 2000$ fixing your car"! what does this have to do with me? I DON'T KNOW! ...THIS PLACE A TOTAL RIP OFF SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO THERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE! ...im looking for a lawyer now :( 

How can i forget this part: he says the boss never comes there and when i asked for a itemized receipt and my warranty he told me he could not write one, i had to wait til the boss was there! what kind a dealer license does this man have that he can not produce a warranty on his own or a itemized receipt! It is not brain surgery! COMPLETE F'N HEARTACHE!
