Car Mart-Broadway Car Mart Took my car to fix after begging them for a year and they never returned it or my money. North Little Rock Arkansas
I bought a car from Car Mart. I thought it was a good car. I had the car for about two weeks and it stopped working. I asked them if they would check it out and even took it down there and it ran for a couple more days then quit. I asked them again to check it out and no response. After a year of paying $300.00 for a car that was broken down in my carport, I finally stopped paying on it. They evetually notified me and I told them I was not paying any more on it until they fixed like they were supposed to . They said "fine, they will take the car and when it is fixed they will notify me and I can come pick it up". A couple of days later a wrecker came and picked it up and I have not heard from them or seen the car since and this was about 3 years ago.

You waited all this time to post this? Did the car even have a warranty, or were you just trying to scam free repairs? I bet the car is listed on your credit as a repo.
