Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am writing this report in complaint about a company under 2 aliases. First they claim to be called Card Member Services, and second they call themselves  World Account Services. These two companies continue to call and leave telemarketing messages on my personal telephone voice mail line. When I finally answered a call in person from this company the representative, when asked to identify who the company was and what state are they in, immediatly hung up. This has occurred at least 3x so far.

I do not owe on any credit cards. I do not own any credit cards. I do not owe on any loans or credit bills in general. I am getting stressed out from these daily harassive phone calls. I am more upset that I cannot even complain or file a formal complaint with The Better Business Bureau because they are cowards and , prefer a crank call style of business to being straight and direct with the general public and the people they are addressing. I did not call them , they continue to me though. I even requested that they not call again; however this company has failed to respect this request on my behalf.

I want this company taken out of business. I would like to know that someone more powertful than myself has put an end to these harassive daily phone calls. I also would love to sue for punative damages of stress and harassment on an almost daily basis. My phone number is also a private number, so they were not volunteered this number by myself, and therefore they are like technological  internet dumpster divers. They obtained my number without my consent.

I was told by a teacher that if these calls continue, after they were asked not to call anymore , that I could sue for a total of $10,000.  Well, they keep calling, and hanging up  when directly confronted via telephone inquiry as to who they are and what state the company is in.

I feel they are fishing around , preying on anyone dumb or out of touch enough to volunteer vital identifying information to these telephonic vultures. Once they have personal info, they may even open a credit card account, and this is fraudulant business, as well as identity theft.

No more annoying telemarketing phone calls about credit card bills which don't exist. They won't even say what card they are calling about, so why even call us at all??? Just back off and leave the public alone, especially people with private phone numbers who obviously don't wish to be bothered.

Do the calls start with, "This is Rachel from Cardholder Services"?  If so, I get the same calls. "She" calls at least twice a day. I've reported it to the FCC, my state representative, the phone company, everybody I could think of.  If you google that phrase you'll see the company(ies) has been sued and closed down numerous times. They start back up under a different name, and still use the "Rachel" recording.

Just for giggles I played along one day. You're right - it's a phishing scam. They wanted to lower my credit card interest rate, but I had to give them the cc# in order for them to validate my balance.  I don't keep a balance on my cards :-)  I also don't give out my credit card number to anyone.

The best we can do is keep filing complaints with the authorities.
