Carports.com d/b/a TNT Carports, CarportGallery.com, T-N-T Carports Inc Failure to schedule work after being paid down payment Mount Airy North Carolina
On May 9, 2014, I talked with Julio Flores with Carports.com (888/822-7767) and agreed to purchase and have installed a 24 by 40 by 10 carport shelter for $5,108.90. I paid 10% ($510.89) for a deposit. I was to receive the engineering plans within a week so I could start the permitting process. I have not received the plans.
I have called their scheduling department (800-597-3597, Extension 3017) many times and have left messages to call. But I did not receive a call-back until today and was told it would be weeks before they could tell when it would be scheduled. I have sent e-mail messages and receive no response.
