Carsmart did not comply with stated advertisment ripoff Kansas City Missouri
Carsmart advertises "guaranteed credit approval" regardless of reason. If for some reason you cannot be approved "Carsmart will give you $1000."
Due to credit problems and the need for a newer vehicle and since Carsmart advertises "everyone approved" I went there to purchase a vehicle.
Their first response was percentages didn't meet budget, so I ask about the $1000 to the customer if they didn't approve me, their response was that they could probably get me approved if I had 50% cash down which equaled approx. $10,000.

If I had that kind of cash I'd go pay cash for a vehicle from an individual instead of a dealer.
There is absolutly nothing said regarding the 50% down on any of their advertisements, meaning all of their advertisments are an out right lie and they DO NOT stand by their statements.
