Since I have filed the original rebuttal to this report (and no follow up has been made by the original filer) - I have been approached by phone and email several times offering to remove this report for a fee of $1500. If this was a real consumer oriented site, actual reports should not be removed for a fee. In addition, I am even more suspicious of the origins of the report, as I stated previously that no details or specifics were given, nobody visited our shop, nor have we received any complaints from any credit card company. We continue to maintain our Authorize.net Verified Member status with a spotless record. I am concerned as a business owner that this may simply be a money making venture to extort money from business owners to remove "false" claims.

I am the owner of Cartronics.com - This person does not identify themselves or what the problem is specifically. The only factual thing listed is that we are not affiliated with the Cartronics stores in Florida and Tennessee.
However, we have enjoyed a very very good reputation since out inception. We do many many specialty items (per our website) and develop products as well as distribute products for over 30 companies. A quick check of websites such as benzworld.com and sixspeedonline.com will show you many reviews of our company and service. We always offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our products. The only other thing we might add, is some of our products are custom built or specialty ordered for individual clients. Those items are billed at the time of order. At any one time we have about $250,000 of inventory on hand. Every employee is a skilled technician (no sales people), and I have spoken to all of our current employees concerning this case, and nobody has had any unresolved complaints so far.
Any and all returns and refunds are handled via our credit card processor Authorize.net - and we are a premier member of that organization.
If this complaint is valid, I sincerely apologize for any problem you may have had, but as the owner am not aware of any transaction that the customer is not fully satisfied. We have not had ANY fraud complaints from ANY credit card company since we started in 2002. Therefore I can only conclude this is not a valid complaint or actually coming from a competitor (hence the mention of Cartronics in Florida).
