This company charge more for a 5-20 weight oil change and represents that this is a synthetic oil change even though at it conventional oil. It also pushes services not required ie transmission fluid exchange on cars still under manufacter warrantee. It also guilts people to opt for upgraded services by stating " I will not be responsible if your car breaks down.

i was the general manager of this location and while it was not my practice to overcharge for the 5-20 oil or push services that would have been free under manufacturer warrantee, my assistant manager, bob often did. pressure sales and lines such as "i can't be held responsible for what happens to your car if you don't do these services" was common place. i quit over this situation directly as when i tried to disipline ( suspend/ fire) bob for misleading customers, area manager Don T and Chief Opperating Officer Mike B interceded on Bobs behalf. when i took over that location it was loosing money on a regular basis and i turned a profit my first month without misleading customers however upper management encouraged and rewarded bob for his sales and created an atmosphere where this behavior was acceptable. after i resigned from being general manager, Bob was promoted that day to my position and Craig , who also practiced deceit , a technician, was promoted to be Bob's assistant.
