Good Morning,
On yesterday 03/22/16, at approximately 4 pm. I went through your carwash which stopped twice while washing my car. The brush knocked off my rear left tail light cover off… I informed the employee Dasia. She stopped the washers and found my cover damage/chipped in your conveyor belt. I asked for an incident report and to speech with a manager. The male employee called the Manager Rasad Jones. Mr. jones was very rude and stated several times this was his off day and he didn’t have to answer his phone. He hung up on me several times. He offered me 2 free carwashes which wasn’t acceptable. I asked for additional corporate info as well as his supervisor or district manager number he wouldn’t provide this info. I left my numbers both cell and work, cell (((REDACTED))) and work (((REDACTED)))…. I have yet to receive a call. I’m trying to rectify this situation, before I proceed with Civil actions and or BBB compliance. The cost for this part is $56.00 without labor.
