cash advance inc sarah williams This company keeps threatening me saying they have filed a lawsuit against me for $684 and that the sheriff will be serving me papers and my wages will be garnished if I don't pay this bill which can result in additional charges of $6300. I can't get them to send me any paperwork whatsoever. los angeles California

I aske these people to send or fax me some paperwork about this issue and they have yet to send me anything, They only tell me to go check the court records which I have done unsuccessfully because there are no records. I ask for a phone number to call them back in response to their email and I have received nothing but threats.
If I have overlooked this debt I have no problem paying them off but I would like some official paperwork that I have asked for and that shouldn't be a problem if this is indeed a legal debt.

they are asking me to pay $479.61. They said if i don't pay in 4hrs some police will be arresting me and they are going to tell my employer they know all my information.They want me to pay through some email they provided

This similar problem happened to me with the constant threating phone calls and these people telling me that I'm going to jail if I don't pay. this place knew my name my sos and address birthdate. After many phone calls and me finally having enough with this place, I finally called the police and filed a report of harassment. When they called me again I did some reverse phycology on them and they finally admitted that this was a scam and they get people to send then money by scarring them into thinking they did something wrong. One guy told me his wife was in another country and she was sick and he needed money to send for her care. I told him if you ever call me again I will hunt you down and you will go to prison for extortion. The phone calls stopped.
