I am receiving call every single day from different people with heavy foreign accents who you can hardly understand.  They are asking me for money on a cash advance that I never took out (I have inthe past but paid them all off).  This guy said his name was James Brown and that he was an officer with the FBI.  Gave me a case number 2060BM and said that he was with the FBI and was going to serve me with papers or arrest me for accepting money (300) and not paying it back.  The entire balance he said was 635.61.  They have my cell phone number, my bank account information, my work phone number, my name.  WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!!!!!  I have gotten a call everyday from someone different from different telephone numbers (all out of state) but they are all foreigners with heavy heavy accents.

I received two phone calls from these people. They called from a telephone number 0000 so I didn't answer. I checked my voicemail and it was a person with a thick Indian accent. Well yesterday I received a call from an Law Agent saying that I was going to be taken to jail. Well I almost fell for it. But then I looked on here and seen different people saying the same thing. What is so funny to me is that your case number was the exact number he gave me. So I called my local law enforcement and they told me to tell him that I knew it was a scam and that I had already contacted the law and that they had their phone number. And as soon as I told them that, he said thank you and hung up and I haven't heard a peep out of them. You got to let them know you mean business

There is no loan and they are just scammers.  Tell them YOU know they are scammers and hang up.  Inform your bank as well for safety measures.  I suggest (just me) that if you have loud instrument in your home ie: whistle, air horn etc etc - use it when they call!
