if you are playing on the high roller game and get a winning screen coming to you which you can see, a pop up stamp message comes and steals your winning reel to a non winning reel. I have sent messages to customer service they do not respond. They want you to pay real cash for wins but won't pay you for the wins. they steal your wins from you with this stamp message . I sent them screen shots and they ignore it. The app Is on Google play and itunes. It is a free app with in house purchases for chips to use to sin but they cheat you out of the wins.
