Cashmyphone does not pay you back for cellphones sold. ripoff New York New York
I sold them 2 good condition Sidekick cellphones worth a total of $140 on December 26th 2006. I have been waiting for over 8 weeks ever since an email confirmation was sent to my email address stating that the cell phones I sold them has been received.
Under their policy, there is a maximum of 30 days wait until I receive my check. However, after 30 days, the funds were simply credited only as "Bank Cash" in their website. Simply put, "Worthless Monopoly Money." I then had to file a Request for Check option,and since then have been waiting for more than a month for their so-called "Pending Check Status" to be cleared and have them send me what they owe.
I have emailed them numerous times and keep getting the same response telling me how to file for a "Request Check Option," which I have already done prior to me emailing them the first time. Their customer service either does not care or lack some sort of english communication skills that they type the same response every time. It seems like they will be dead-beats on their part and not pay. They do not have a hotline in there website, nor an address for central operations.
This site is one BIG SCAM, DO NOT SELL YOUR CELL PHONES TO THIS SITE or any type of electronic, YOU WILL NEVER GET PAID.
