To my regrets I borrowed $5000 from cash call when I saw the ads on TV by Gary Coleman. I was desperate for financial assistance and I was duped. That was June 14,2006. The first debit was $141.40 on July 1st and the rest is $250.31. In 2008 I asked to change the withdrawal date on the 15th of the month (cash call debits @1201a.m. and my automatic deposit from my employer comes in @ 3:00 a.m.)

I've been paying every month since then , on April 18,2008 they took out $265.31 from my account they added $15.00 late fee.It happened in another time when cashcall demanded I sent the payment of $265.31 via moneygram where I pay another $9.50 fee which I did.

Cashcall staff are always very rude on the phone and they don't use the same names so when I call it's always there's nobody here by that name, I said can you look in the computer I'm sure that someone logged it in.

The supervisors are the worst. They are not there to help you. They are demeaning, selfish and rude.

I have been sick a lot plus since last year my employer affected by the worsening economy cut back on staffing. So when there is no work we are sent home no pay. I used up my PTO's trying to make ends meet so when I get sick there is no money . I borrowed money from friends and family members but you know the reality is people change and no one wants to help. I don't brag that I was very helpful in the past when I was ok, but I don't think about that now.

Last month, on March 9th I called and asked cashcall to delay the debit from my account on the 19th on my payday instead of 15th. I was aware that a $15.00 late fee will be added. I was referred to a supervisor and she berated me as if I owe them millions. She was also becoming very personal and that to me is against my CIVIL RIGHTS.

Anyway cashcall tried to withdraw from my bank on the 15th so I was also charged by the bank $35.00. Afraid to talk to anyone because of the fear of being demoralized I answered the e-mail to me by cashcall I said that I did call on the 9th. I received an e-mail saying that $250.31 will be debited on March 19th which they did.

From the 3rd week in March everyday my phone would ring, my cell phone would ring many times during the day different phone #'s logged on my cell phone. Cashcall used up different numbers also at night to call and as early as 8:00a.m.

Also sometime last month I asked how much more do I owe, I was told I still owe $5,225.00. I was SHOCKED! I said what I've been paying since 2006 and I still owe more than I borrowed? The staff really didn't have an answer except that I am still paying the interest.

This month I am delayed I spoke with the supervisor, the usual it's very demeaning she said when will I pay the $296.31 that I owe them. I owe $250.31 so they added $46.00.
I said that I've been sick.

Can someone help me I am desperate I want out. Since 2006 I made 44 payments of $250.31 that equals to $11,013.64 plus my 1st payment $141.40 July 1st 2006 plus 2 late fees of $15.00 Total $11,185.04. Plus $5225.00 that I still owe. If I can pay now I paid $16,410.04 for my loan of $5000.00. This is beyond outrageous. This is beyond comprehension!!! I thought this happens in other countries not America.

Instead of helping the disadvantage like me I was victimized by this company. Is this within the law? Can someone help me with this?

Lastly I am very embarrassed that I even associated with this company. This is fraud, big time. I did not realized what I'm up against when I asked for the balance of my loan.

Thank you for your time reading this. For everyone out there please DO NOT make the same mistake I did. I truly regret. I can't rest until I resolve this.

Hoping for a miracle.

Do you have your contract ?

Do you know the interest rate ? Usually if the IR is astronomical then you will never get ahead.

Have you considered filing Bankruptcy ? Your payday /cash loans are forgivable meaning you won't owe on them anymore..
