ok  i reported the problem to my bank...bank of america...stopped payments and received a new debit card.  i tried to contact cashoo but they responded witha promise to get in touch within 72 houts.  they never did.
 
so  i contacted bingo hall and told them the story and they finally said that a refund was sent on the 27th of may.  today is the 10th of june and still no refund.  so i contacted my bank...had a long conversation print wtth sebastion who asked me to contact cashoo again...which is impossible.  so i have again contacted bingohall and am now waiting for an answer. 

my point i  all this is to warn people to stay away from bingohall, vics bingo and bingomania as their paying people are thieves.  i do not believe the actual bingo rooms are thieves...but their paying people are.  will keep you posted  when i get an answer from bingohall.
