I too was ripped off by this company earlier this year. After I resigned my membership due to the scratched and unplayable DVDs they sent and the bad customer service, I was charged $59.95 on my credit card for a DVD they said I did not return within 7 days of resigning. I actually sent back the DVD before I resigned so they received all items due to them. I filed a complaint with the internet crime complaint center and the better business bureau in Culver City, California. I never received a refund for my money, but now I'm convinced this company is no good! BEWARE!
