Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I recieved what looked like a credit card in the mail from CCS Credit Services saying I was "Pre-Approved" for 6500.00 credit and all I needed to do was call and activate. So like an idiot, I did.

What I got on the other line was alot of back ground noise and ask the guy if I had called the NY Stock Exchange by mistake.

He did not comment at all.

What ever! So he asked if he could take some info and I said OK.

A soon as I gave him my yearly income, he ask me to hold for a second while he "qualified" me.

His voice then got all excited and he said that I qualified for 8500.00 special credit line. To make a long story short, he ended up with my bank acount info and we said good bye.

I then, like others, went to find their web site to see the products they offered. I thought they were like a Speigals type company. I found this site instead.

RESOLUTION: We immediatley put a stop payment on the check number given to CCS and sent CCS a certified letter requesting to cancell my account and not withdraw any fee's.

When I looked on my online bank statement two days later, I found they had withdrawn the money anyway. We call our bank and asked them how and they said that when CCS tried to withdraw from that check number and failed they changed the withdraw type to automatic debit.

That's where they crossed the line of "Unauthorized debit".

My bank was kind enough to take the ball and run with it from there.

Within three days I had the "FEE" back in my account and don't think I will hear from them again. If I do, I will update this site.

TIP: Call your bank immediately, send a certified letter of cancellation to the company playing with you. Some idiot there will sign for the certified letter and your bank has to investigate any unauthorized withdrawls from your account. Especially with this company and any like them, I'm sure anyone will be able to achieve post idiot victories as we did as long as you do these few simple steps.
