CCS false promises ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
Need to be stoped! .....
I received a letter from CCS promising me a $7000.00 credit line as well as cash on demand. They asked me for two post dated checks and I gave it to them. Thinking this was a honest deal. Sounded good! One check was cashed on 12-9-02 in the amount of 129.99 and the other was cashed on 12-23-02 in the amount of 70.00. I though now I can regain credit. "NOT" After thinking about all this money and not getting anything for it I decided to cancel my membership. So I called and did just that. Needless to say I did not give it another though I figured it was over and gone.
No giving them premission to debit my account they did that on 3-3-03 without my approval. for a total of 199.98. That puts me now in a hole for $399.98 and I have received nothing so far just a catalog that is over priced and the stuff in it is junk!
I called them today and they said that was another membership fee. I proceeded to tell them to stop debiting my account. The woman their said that they were going to debit again next month for another $99.99.
Thank god I have a wonderful bank they put a stop to that and will be looking into them for me.
This is a SCAM please don't ever give anyone out you personal information on the phone... I myself will be reporting them to the better business bureau. as well as the Attorney General office.
