IMPORTANT VIOLATION
No matter what is being said about a company...NO LEGITIMATE company would EVER dare to post clients confidential transactions along with name, payment amounts, email addresses and such online! That is just a territory as a LEGITIMATE business would never cross. If you can imagine going to a store, receiving bad service, poor product and want to post a review about them...Would that give them the restaurant the right to post your credit card number along with your name, payments made to that company...etc online? NO!
No legitimate business, does that! SO BEWARE of a company that would go that far to violate a customers confidential information. Simply because the customer is telling the TRUTH about them and they don't like it!!
BEWARE of ANY COMPANY as A MUSICIAN, SINGER, BAND, ARTIST, DJ ANY ENTITY in the MUSIC FIELD, that would deal with a company that would go that far. ITs UNPROFESSIONAL!! and VIOLATES your business privacy, Individual privacy just to prove a non existent point. THat goes WAYYYY BEYOND what a LEGITIMATE BUSINESSES PRACTICE would EVER DO! NO COMPANY is ALLOWED TO DO THAT! ABSOLUTELY NONE!
AND in an extreme case this would be grounds for SEVERE LEGAL ACTION to be taken. Where the business in question is BLATANTLY exposing client information in full display and no regard.
The Fact that this SCAM ARTIST COMPANY would be THAT STUPID to make a move like that, shows that he thinks his business is untouchable, and no one cares that He did this.
Well, its up to YOU the consumer to prove him WRONG and show him that there are consequences to poor judgment!!! And its NOT OKAY to violate your CONSUMER RIGHTS!
It ALSO SHOWS THE LEVEL OF LOW, this entity is willing to take at all cost. Even if his business suffers from it! THats an AUDACious MOVE!!! But, hey Ill BET he thinks hes above that! So, it will fall on deaf ears.

Correction,
to PROVE that how I explained the story is EXACTLY how it happened. Once I finally UNleased on this troll. Here is his final response back to me acknowledging that he Indeed do this to my project for NO REASON! Bottom line! This idiot wants to make people believe that people just flip out for nothing. Legitimate companies NEVER have these sort of complaints posted about them online. It just never happens. It's only the phony ballony ones that does. Just google search. I did another mastering job with another company FAR more superior in PRODUCTIOn in STANDARD in QUALITY and in CHARACTER then CD MASTERING- JOHN ROGERS. And there site is LOADED with nothing but POSITIVE reviews. COmpanies who have to actively come out to "fight their Own Battles" are the one's with RED FLAGS written all over them! The legitimate ones don't ever have to waste time because they are FAR TOO BUSY with WORK from People, enough to worry themselves. Which it's so APPARENT that these TROLLS are NOT!

I stumbled across this post and felt I needed to share my own experience in addition. I know nothing of the situation discussed here and I've never met John Rodgers, I only know of my experience having him master my record. Perhaps a better way to begin this post is by saying, I stumbled across this post as I was looking for his site to hire him again.
I was attracted to his company for its low prices and quality master samples in the beginning. I decided to have him RE-MASTER my record which was already running behind schedule because I wasn't happy with the first job. John responded to every email from me in a fast and courteous manner, he listened to my overly picky opinions with patience and delivered a product that pleased my sharply critical ear. I've suggested him to several of my friends that also make music for a living. His mastering is professional and industry-grade work, and I know this of my experience. I've recently had 3 placements of songs he's mastered on national television to audiences in the millions each time. I absolutely could not recommend a company any higher which is precisely why I've posted for the first time ever on a site like this and also why when I finish this post I'll be hiring him to do more excellent work for me.
A final thought: one thing you'll notice in these posts is there is no complaint about the quality of the work- and in my experience, there's no complaint in the communication or anything else.

Oh don't worry CD. As the email will "show' whether I was "TRULY" being difficult or impossible with you guys from the start? ORRRR whether I became A BAT OUTTA HELL once You guys simply refused to respond to my emails or Refuse to REFUND me my money. And ALL simply because I emailed you twice? AGAIN, like I've been stating to you guys. ARE YOU EFFEN KIDDING ME? You don't have a leg to stand on! Trust ME! And to the public reading this? I am planning on posting the actual emails blow by blow. To coincide with "EVERYTHING" that I'm saying! I become unattached after a weeks time frame given to these placentas and them STILL NOT producing product. Which I prepaid for, like they asked. I'll have you know that they have changed their delivery stats on their site since. In an attempt to show that "I" was the one being impatient or something. But, no worries. AGAIN! When the emails go up? It will ONCE AGAIN, coincide with what I'm saying. When I say. That It was "I" NOT "them" that told them to take a week to more then two-three days to finish the track, just to make certain it gets done without rush. And even AFTER that week. They STILL. NEVER PRODUCED my tracks. I had to HOUND Them to even get one effen person, JOHN to respond to an email. By then, he offered to refund me my money. And would YOU GUYS BELIEVE when I tell you. Even after him promising me to send a refund. I had to VERBALLY LASH OUT LIKE A LION to get Him to even SEND ME THAT!! Which AGAIN! THE ACTUAL EMAILS will verify and Coincide. The beauty about all this is that emails gives you the facts. Blow by blow. When everyone's memory is jogged. Or people want to make you out as something that your "not"? The EMAILS will prove who's lying and who's telling the truth. No one can hide names, dates, times AND what is SAID! NO ONE!
So, let's all sit to wait for these baffons to try to make me out as a liar! Or, should I say "GHETTO a*s"? Since that is the term they so lovingly called me with the last emails they sent me? I should warn ANYONE! Majority AND also MINORITY to NEVER, EVER give your money to CLOWNS like this, That don't have a leg to stand on in regards to this situation, business! DOn'T GIVE CDMASTERING you business. And tell OTHER NOT TO AS WELL!! NOBODY deserves to be treated like this! ESPECIALLY when it's YOUR MONEY and YOUR PROPERTY a business has! YOU ARE THE BOSS! Stephanie Simms contacted us for a free demo. We uploaded it for her within two business days and the results were great. She's actually a very good singer. She agreed the master was great and paid the $38 fee, and her full song was uploaded.
She then uploaded three more songs that we mastered within 5 business days, which is amazingly fast for a recording studio. Most take 3-4 weeks!! The result again were very good.
Stephanie Simms sent countless emails, over 25 during these 5 business days and was asked if she could consolidate all future email adjustment requests down to maybe 2-3, for these last three songs. At the rate she was going, we were looking at over 100 emails for a 4 song project! At 3-4 minutes a piece, we were looking at 5-6 hours in just answering emails. We didnt have the time to do this. She basically said it was her right to send as many emails as she wants, and if I don't like it, refund her money.
She then replied with the email below. At that time, we decided we could not do business with such a foul mouthed rude person. We promptly refunded here deposit for the three songs (but kept the $38 for the song she approved and received the full version of). I don't know of any business owner who would have continued to do business with this lady. We have nothing more to say about this.
