This is my story of how my children and I were ripped off and scammed by what I thought was a nice and caring person. I was a woman looking through the internet when I found the web site of Celese Morgan, who calls herself Lady Dragoness. She told me she was experienced with what she called very advanced magic. She also mentioned someone named Mike Cahill and referred me to his web site too. She talked me into spending all the rest of my life savings. I have four children- two that I stay home with, and two in school, very young. I guess what caught me is that I thought she loved people and loved children, this is what I read on her web site. When I e-mailed her, she gave me her phone number and we did talk for a long time on the phone. She must have been pretty desperate to get my money because she made all kinds of promises about bringing back my husband to me because he left me alone with four children.
I found out soon enough that all the things she said on her web site are made up to make her sound like a nice person that would do anything to help someone. She told me that Mike Cahill and herself were going to cast some magic for me, together to make the spell have a lot of power and promised it would work in two weeks.
I paid her over a thousand dollars- some of which I had to borrow to pay her. She even had me talk to Mike Cahill on the telephone and both of them promised me they would give me results. I then paid Mike Cahill a thousand dollars too- which took the rest of my small savings that I had. After my money was sent, I never heard from either of them again. If anyone reads this and is looking for any kind of magic work my warning is DO NOT CONTACT EITHER OF THESE PEOPLE!
THE F.B.I. TOLD ME THIS IS CALLED "BAIT AND SWITCH" WHEN TWO people that know each other take advantage of someone then BAIT them, get their money, and never contact them again !

I only wish that now I would have found this internet page of Rip Off report much sooner so that I could have avoided all the lies, hurt, and hardship that Celeste Morgan inflicted upon myself and my children. I thought that by how nice her web pages looked and how she talked all about her children, that she really did care about me. I was SO SO SO WRONG. Celeste Morgan, you should be ashamed of yourself for being so nice then stealing the food right out of my childrens mouths. You are a DEVIL from HELL and the Georgia authorities will be in touch with you soon !
I am going to be EVICTED from my house with four small children without anywhere to go, because of Celeste Morgan and Mike Cahill.
I have reported BOTH of them to the F.B.I. the Florida Law Enforcement authorities, and to some other web sites that specialize in apprehending people such as these two who are LIARS, CHEATS, FAKES, AND actually these two people have been reported for GRAND LARCENY to the F.B.I. and to the FLorida law enforcement.
DO NOT GET ANY SPELL WITH either Celeste Morgan OR Mike Cahill- THEY ARE FRAUDS, SCAMS, LIARS, AND THIEFS THAT SOON WILL BE PUT IN JAIL AND CHARGED WITH GRAND LARCENY!
THE STATE OF GEORGIA IS VERY STRICT ABOUT THIS TYPE OF CRIME. I have seen several reports about these two people here and in the state of Georgia, they will prosecute these two QUICKLY which now, is the ONLY thing that gives me and my children ( soon to be homeless and still very hungry without money or food to eat ) any comfort now is knowing the state of Georgia is getting ready to serve court papers to both Celeste Morgan and Mike Cahill and they will be charged with GRAND LARCENY AND PROSECUTED TO SERVE AT LEAST TEN YEARS IN A FLORIDA STATE PEN !

i would imagine no one has come forward to claim that they were the one you did the spell for, there for i would imagine that the person claiming this is someone who is out to cause to unecessary problems personal and professional, not everyone out here on the internet is stupid and would beleive very word that has been said, i got my ideas on who it could be, it must be that these people who ever they are have nothing better to do with their lives and really should do somethime more with their over active imaginations and dramas, so i would say to you leave them to their little fantasies and just be true to what you beleive in and keep doing the good work i so enjoy your site and am a beliver in what you do, like it is ever said, life has a way of doing to others what they try to do to you, just remeber that and be happy, would'nt it be funny now if that person tried again still this is life and how people are.

Hello, This is Kimberly, Celeste's daughter. I've read the above report and think you may have my mom's site confused with someone else. You see, I am her only counselor and ALL clients have communication with me. Neither myself or my mother have talked to or had a client from Georgia. I am so sorry to hear that your husband left you to care for your four children by yourself. We do everything possible to help all of our clients and would do the same for you. We also would not accept a thousand dollars from someone with your circumstances. I find it odd that you would use your life savings for a spell instead of food for your family. You claim that you had to borrow money to pay my mom's fee of a thousand dollars but then after paying her you also paid Mike Cahill a thousand dollars for spellwork and again used your life savings. This would be hard to do if you had no money left after paying my mom. And my mother does not work with Mike Cahill. He is a personal friend of hers but has his own site separate from my mom. They do not work together with clients at this time. I also want to address your statement where you said my mom got your money and then never spoke to you again. Can you tell me the dates you've spoken to her or provide me with email transcripts? If you can do this I will gladly look into it and we will do what we can to help you. You also indicated my mom said your spell would work within 2 weeks. I personally know we would never tell a client this because the manifestation of a spell depends on many things and may take three months or longer depending on the targets will and the clients ability to release the spell. If indeed someone has taken advantage of you on a site, I truly hope the situation is resolved. If possible I would like to offer you some advise... your children should always come first before anything else. Getting evicted from your home and having no money for food is bad parenting on your part. You really need to prioritize!
