Cellarbrokers.com, Cellar Wine Merchants CELLARBROKERS.COM, Fraudulent advertising, Charges Credit Card but doesn't deliver, nonresponsive to phone or email, disconnected phone line Southampton New York Southampton New York
As an addendum to the report from Mike in Hartsdale NY, must second everything he said. Free delivery by FedEx promised in 7-10 days for credit card prepaid wine orders, never done. Unable to reach by phone, email, fax, or their supposed "online chat service". Call their number, get a fax line or a voicemail followed by a cut-off.
Receive 2-3 emails per day with "bargains" clearly fraudulent advertising. I suspect they charge the card, deposit the funds knowing it may take weeks or months to resolve, and make their money on the interest earned during this time on your money. Have ordered wine for many years online and have never experienced this type of activity. Very bad for the industry and should be closed. State of New York Attorney General's office will be notified.
