I tried to use my Visa debit card and got "not authorized", which was weird because I knew I had more than enough money to cover the groceries I was buying. So when I got home, I looked up my bank account online and found the "available" balance was hundreds of dollars negative.  I didn't make any big purchases, so I called my bank.

My bank said there was a big charge on cellhut.com.  I never ordered from them at all. The bank told me I have to wait till it gets posted before I can file a dispute. They figured it would be posted the next day. I have waited two days now and it is still not posted. So I went to the bank. (please note I had the bank cancel my debit account, although the actual bank account is still active)

The bank said I should call cellhut myself to investigate, but that there is nothing they can do till it posts. They were kind enough to give me some money when I asked, thank God, because I was flat broke otherwise. (this was a credit union, btw).

So today I've been calling and calling the cellhut number and a recording says someone will be with me soon, but there is no answer.  I was afraid to go to their website, but I did and up top it says they are having problems with their customer service lines and they are trying to fix them. Sure.

Anyway, after doing a google search of this company I'm not sure they are a decent company. I just wanted to report this experience here in case others (and I did see the other one report posted) have had the same issue. Everyone who has had this issue, please post so we can get help.
