We have escalated an expedited check request in order to fulfill your rebates as quickly as possible. We ask that you please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Your check will be mailed to the following address: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx If you are no longer at this address, please call us at 1.866.274.8573 to update your address as soon as possible. We sincerely thank you for your patience while we work diligently to complete this process. Should you need further assistance in the interim, please feel free to contact us. Don't wait! Please take action. We are too kind-hearted and gave them too much credit, hope and trust. You are not alone -- we were all tricked by them before. Please take the following action: email Jon Delahay, office of president [email protected] and ask for speeding up the process. I complained to him and got a message stating "you checks are included in the next check run which is set to go out in 5-10 business days". Well, I will see what happened in the next 5-10 days.
