I have recently bought a Mp3/Mp4 player from Centon through the website of tigerdirect.ca After recieveing the first one it quickly stopped working radio was messed up and the mp3 drive said "Disk error* and i sent it back to centon for repairs. I rcieved a new one a week or 2 later and it wouldn't fully charge, eventually that problem worked its self out and i was on to a new one. The player turns on and off by its self, sometimes would scramble and say disk error and then it would start to work again.

All that bull aside, I contacted the company with my main concern, that there was no way to save where I had perviously left off. Random was in an exact order everytime and only about plays 25 songs out of all 700 I have of the 1000 songs that can fit. They told me that you could not turn it off or it would not save your spot but if you pressed play and held it it would be temporary off and save your spot, but other than that it would not save for anything other than a short time. Even when I do this the machine still resets and does not save my spot. I am very fed up with this piece of you know what. I mean, even if these other problems just dissapeared,(which they won't) what good is 1000 songs if you have to start at the same stupid song every single time and you can only move forwards one song at a time?

That aside I can be listening to a song and it just turns off and starts back at that same song again. I am very fed up with this.

I then contacted Tigerdirect.ca to ask for a refund since they can not fix it, and they told me no refunds, and since i had returned it (cause it was broken) and had a new one to replace it, it was not their product and would do nothing to help me. Um, what? So now I have a warrenty with centon and an extended warrenty with tigerdirect that starts after this one with Centon runs out and I just want my money back.

I have contacted mastercard with my concerns and while they were ready to help me, after all the exchanges my 100 days had run out and I can do nothing about it.

I want to warn people not to deal with companies that will not refund your money. They are shady and will sell anything to make a quick buck.

Centon has already taken care of it. This is a dead issue to me. I will never buy anything from tiger direct again. Why would I when there are so many companies that havent screwed me yet? All I need is one good one.

Yeah so Centon is deiciding to send me a player, they told me the're going to test it before it leaves, and send me a wall charger and make sure it charges. which is nice of them to call me with tech support like oonl the line and stuff. But Tigerdirect seem to be rude, uneducated and just plain lippy. They told me becuase I had returned the player to Centon that techinically it "wasn't they're player." Yeah, I returned it cause IT BROKE! Whatever, I even bought the extended warrenty from those guys so when mine runs out with centon I have to deal with those dicks. Excuse my language but I am just mad that they won't accept they sold me a shitty product and do what good companies do and fix thier mistake. Centons fixing it because they made and didnt sell it to me, so how would they give me my money back? Tigerdirect is just greedy. Go ahead look at the pages on this site about Tigerdirect. You'll see.
