CENTRAL COAST NUTRACEUTICALS AKA ACAI PURE i've tried to cancel but can't reach anyone by phone and e-mail address appears bogus. Largo Florida
After receiving an online ad from this company, i agreed to pay $4.95 shipping for a free trial of AcaiPure supplement. Ad stated that i could return or cancel anytime, but they didn't include a return address with the trial shipment.
I had no choice but to wait for the next shipment to reach me so that I had a return address . when I received it - just today, Dec.16,2008, the paperwork was included, but it showed a date of Nov.21,2008, which gives me one week exactly to notify the company to cancel future orders and request a return
merchandise authorization, which I was not apprised of the fact that I needed before receiving this paperwork today.
Now every time I try to call the phone number they provide they tell me the wait to speak to someone in customer service is forty minutes or more but if I can't wait, I should go to their website to speak to someone. trouble there is that their website appears to be bogus. All there is there are thousands of scam reports about this company.
This company has my credit card number and can continue to charge me $44.90 per month if I can't cancel.
