Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc Offered free trial for acaipure and colopure then charged my credit card for auto ship Largo Florida
Ignorantly, I ordered a 30 day trial offer of acaipure and colopure for the cost of shipping + $1.00 for the Colopure. Much to my surprise they both were accompanied by Hoodiaburst Gum for $9.95 and Hoodiawater for $29.95.
When I contacted them they offered to give me $20 credit. I countered back by asking for $30 credit or send me a return merchandise authorization. She e-mailed me back and said she could only do $20 but did not send a RMA for the product.
I immediately e-mailed back and requested the RMA. I have not heard from them since.
When I looked up my credit card statement I noticed another charge for $38.95 and $39.95. I never received any product. I contacted my credit card company and immediately filed a dispute.
I e-mailed their customer support asking again for a RMA for the original shipment of product. By the looks of all the complaints I've run across on the Internet about this Company, I'm thinking I've been bilked out of approximately $90 so far.
I plan on sending the original shipment back, return receipt requested, through the postal service and filing another dispute for the original charges.
If there is anyone out there that has any success getting their money back feel very lucky. For all those who are contemplating trying these products go to your local health supplement store.
